This dressing only uses 5 "pantry ingredients." It's not a true 10 ingredients or less recipe because the chipotles themselves have about ten ingredients when you buy a can.
Chipotle Orange Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 chipotle pepper in sauce (this has the best ingredients I have found so far)
- Juice of 2 oranges
- 1/4 cup oil - light in taste
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Using a food processor, place all ingredients in and pulse until combined.
- You can also use an immersion blender (my absolute favorite new kitchen tool) and put all the ingredients in a mason jar (or similar) and blend.
- If you have neither of those pieces of equipment, simply mince the chipotle pepper first and then combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk.
Yield: 3/4 cup
