20 in 30 challenge | a review
Every month since the beginning of this year I have been doing a challenge called the 20 in 30. I do something healthy for myself for 20 out of 30 (or 31 or 28) days of the month.
If you are looking for a way to make some healthy goals in a simple way, this is for you.
Pick one goal each month and commit to just doing it 20 days. That gives you plenty of other days in the month to "cheat" in case life gets tough.
Here is a list of what I have done, maybe to give you some inspiration and help you find your next health goal.
December - smoothies
January - green salads
February - liver support and detox
March - smoothie bowls
April - Yoga
May - Simple healthy toast
June - 10,000 steps
July - 7 cups of fruits and veggies a day
August - wheat free - gluten free
September - wake up at 6am and do core work
