The realfoodsimple December Smoothie Challenge: 20 days of a healthy breakfast.
I am going to be sharing my smoothies on Instagram.
I have to admit I have not always been a huge smoothie fan. In the past I never liked "drinking my food". But lately I haven't minded. In fact, I feel like I have more energy throughout the entire day. For the past 5 days, I have been on a streak. I have had a smoothie every morning, including Thanksgiving. So I thought why not continue it through December and see if anyone wants to join me.
I am being very practical with this challenge. Doing it every single day may be difficult this time of the year: especially this month. So instead of a 31 day challenge I am doing a 20 day challenge. That gives 11 "free" days.
Here is the challenge:
Have a smoothie for 20 days out of the month of December.
That is it! I will be doing them for breakfast, but you can do it anytime of the day. They don't have to be green, but I would try to make them healthy. Add some veggies in, add some greens in, use coconut water.
