This smoothie challenge literally entered my brain today! I don't know why I didn't think of it before. Maybe because healthy challenges usually start in January. But think about how great you will feel if you started this month. Then the new year rolls around and you are already doing something healthy for your body.

I have to admit I have not always been a huge smoothie fan. In the past I never liked "drinking my food". But lately I haven't minded. In fact, I feel like I have more energy throughout the entire day. For the past 5 days, I have been on a streak. I have had a smoothie every morning, including Thanksgiving. So I thought why not continue it through December and see if anyone wants to join me.

I am being very practical with this challenge. Doing it every single day may be difficult this time of the year: especially this month. So instead of a 31 day challenge I am doing a 20 day challenge. That gives 11 "free" days.

Here is the challenge:

It's simple.

Have a smoothie for 20 days out of the month of December.

That is it! I will be doing them for breakfast, but you can do it anytime of the day. They don't have to be green, but I would try to make them healthy. Add some veggies in, add some greens in, use coconut water.
